Autumn/Winter training is here! The weekly training schedule follows below.
Monday 5:05am – Swimfit (1-hour Pool Swim training)
Limited lane space, so attendance is dependent on taking part in another of the week’s training sets. Let me know and I simply add you to the Swimfit group. Swimfit commences on Monday 29 October.
Tuesday 6:29pm – Weekly 10k Timed Run
Meet Hove Lawns Peace Statue for 10k flat loop. Ideal for testing your speed endurance and run condition.
Wednesday 6:29pm – Midweek Dark Run
Meet main entrance car park Stanmer Park for a 1 hour social dark run through the (muddy) single track.
Thursday 5:05am – Swimfit
Friday 6:29am – Hove Lawns Intervals Run Set
Meet at the Peace Statue for one hour of being shouted at by me.
Saturday 6:59am – Ride/Run Brick Session
Meet at Hove Park opposite Toys R Us, for an off-road (or on-road depending on conditions) 1h50m bicycle ride followed immediately by Hove Park Run.
Sunday – Winter Trail Run Series
Four varying Trail runs starting and finishing at Stanmer or Black Rock. Trails 1 and 2 meet 07:59 at main entrance Stanmer Park, trials 3 and 4 meet 07:29am at Black Rock Car Park.
All run subs are £1, Brick Session £2, Swimfit subs £5, and Saturday events such as runVride vary from event to event.
